No, our contracts do not require exclusive rights. We realize we are not designed to fill all of your needs and often refer to other trusted agencies if asked to fill a position that is not our specialty.
We work with many companies with a recruiter or a recruiting team. Our job is not to try to take all of your recruiting needs. We want the critical, specific hard-to-fill positions that many recruiters do not have the experience or the database to fill. No, once we are engaged with a client, we cannot recruit or headhunt anyone the client employs until one year after either party has terminated our services.
We often get this question as some clients have a recruiting team that “scrapes” the web and load all candidates into their database. If a candidate is in your database and has not been contacted in 60 days, we will discuss options with your team. We will break contact with the candidate if you have contacted them within 60 days.
